Whipped Cauliflower

Another one for Thanksgiving so Jeff and I can skip the mashed potatoes.

Whipped Cauliflower
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
Top with cheddar cheese and bacon

Directions:
Place cauliflower in a steamer basket; place in a saucepan over 1 in. of water. Bring to a boil; cover and steam for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Cool slightly.
Place the milk, sour cream, and oil in a blender or food processor. Add the cauliflower, garlic, salt and pepper; cover and process until blended. Transfer to a bowl. Serve immediately.
