VLCD 20 (Day 22)

I lost 2 pounds.  Down 16 pounds total.

I think I need 60 drops total.  I seem to feel better at that amount and don't usually get hungry.  I found out that even a Kalamata olive and rotisserie chicken are NOT ok.  It stalled/made me gain one pound by eating it.  I can't afford to allow any fat in my diet right now in order for the hCG to utilize my fat stores.

I've been really careful the past 2 days on what I'm eating.  Now I wonder about the Melba toast and Grissini.  So far it doesn't seem to affect me but I'm staying on the look out.
